主要论述布袋除尘器增加乏汽伴热系统后,可减少布袋除尘器结疤情况,延长使用周期,减少设备腐蚀,提高除尘效率,稳定石灰窑窑顶温度、压力.对纯碱生产过程中降低能源消耗和减少大气污染,保护生产现场环境,降低纯碱制造成本、提高经济效益具有重要意义.
介绍了影响PAM效果的因素,针对PAM现有流程中存在的溶解浓度波动大、溶解时间短、混合不均匀、剪切力影响等问题,采取改变加量频次、通过增加高位槽来增加缓冲时间,改变PAM进入中心筒的方式来降低剪切力,根据负荷及时调整PAM用量等措施改善PAM助沉效果,流程改造后PAM发挥出了最大助沉作用,一次盐水浊度由150 ppm降至70～90ppm,进一步提升了一次澄清能力.
