当今世界经济日益融合、在进入新的世纪后，各国经济后动变得更加国际化；我国加入ＷＴＯ以后、必将面临世界技术强国更严峻的挑战。企业的竞争优势仅靠技术是不够舱必须依靠先进的生产组织体系。改造我国企业落后局面，要从转变传统的生产摸式入手，吸取世男先进经验，全面实施新的生产模式。
Nowadays, the world economy is becoming more and more integrated. After entering a new century, the economies of all countries have become more internationalized. After China's accession to the WTO, it will surely face a more severe challenge to the world's technological powerhouse. The competitive advantage of an enterprise depends only on the advanced production organization system that technology alone is not enough. To transform the backwardness of our country's enterprises, we should start from changing the traditional mode of production, drawing on the advanced experience of the world's males and fully implementing the new mode of production.
