充分发挥农民的革命精神,大力发展农业生产,改善农民生活,建设社会主义的新农村,是我们社会主义革命和社会主义建设中一个十分重要的问题。我们财政工作,必须为农业服务,支援农业生产,为农村生产建设作出贡献。作为财政工作为农业服务、支援农业生产第一线的县和县以下的财政、税务部门,能不能充分发挥自己的作用,促进农业生产,对于农村经济的发展有着直接的影响。这一期我们选登了河北省遵化县、陕西省宝鸡市财政部门以及安徽省萧县农村税务所为农业服务,促进农业生产的一些材料。这些材料说明,财政、税务部门促进农业生产是能够做很多工作的。我们希望其他一些地方,也可以检查和总结一下这方面的工作,使财政部门的工作更好地为农业服务,支援农业生产。
