患者男,29岁。服敌百虫3片(共0.9名),诊入院。既往健康,无心胜病史。查休:T36.C,1小时后自感上腹部隐痛,恶心、呕吐、腹泻1次。伴心悸、头晕、多汗、乏力,急苦病容,神济。
