酮基布洛芬属非甾体抗炎药,其抗炎作用相当于同等剂量阿司匹林的160倍。商品药物酮基布洛芬是左(sinister,S)、右(right,R)对映(镜像)异构体的消旋混合物,其中仅左旋体具有药理活性。本实验研究了不同经皮投药方法(单纯离子导入和单纯被动渗入)酮基布洛芬的组织渗透深度及渗透量,并研究了经皮给药方法是否具有立体构像选择作用。 材料和方法 先制备浓度为300mg/ml,并含20%乙醇和磷酸缓冲盐的酮基布洛芬溶液供实验用,实验猪(n=5)经注射麻醉后,用含有0.5%~1.0%氟烷的氧气吸入维持麻醉,实验中控制通气
Ketoprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with an anti-inflammatory equivalent of 160 times the equivalent dose of aspirin. The commercial drug ketoprofen is a racemic mixture of left (sinister, S), right (R) enantiomerically (isomeric) isomers, of which only Lactucara has pharmacological activity. In this study, we investigated the tissue penetration depth and osmolality of Ketofibrate by different transdermal drug delivery methods (simple iontophoresis and pure passively infiltration) and investigated whether transdermal drug delivery possesses stereospecific imaging. MATERIALS AND METHODS Ketoprofen solution with concentration of 300mg / ml and containing 20% ethanol and phosphate buffered saline was prepared for experimental use.
