目的研究血脂异常与2型糖尿病和性别的关系。方法将广西南宁市年龄36~78岁,平均年龄(54.23±9.87)岁的1072人分为2型糖尿病组与正常组,测定甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及腰围(Waist)、体重指数(BMI)等相关指标,探索血脂异常与2型糖尿病和性别关系。结果①与正常组相比,2型糖尿病组总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量有显著性差异(P分别为0.0081、0.0015、<0.0001)。②甘油三酯和胆固醇异常为糖尿病的风险因素,男性高胆固醇(TC)与糖尿病的关联比女性大(OR1.93:1.49),女性高甘油三酯(TG)与糖尿病的关联比男性大(OR2.49:1.46)。结论2型糖尿病患者血脂比健康人群高,应预防高血脂,降低疾病风险。血脂含量异常与糖尿病、性别具有相关关系。
Objective To study the relationship between dyslipidemia and type 2 diabetes and gender. Methods A total of 1072 people aged 36-78 years and mean age (54.23 ± 9.87) years were divided into two groups and normal control group. The levels of triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein HDL, LDL and Waist, body mass index (BMI) and other related indicators to explore the relationship between dyslipidemia and type 2 diabetes and gender. Results ① Compared with normal group, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) were significantly different in type 2 diabetic patients (P = 0.0081,0.0015, <0.0001). ② The triglyceride and cholesterol abnormalities are the risk factors of diabetes. The correlation between male high cholesterol (TC) and diabetes is greater than that of female (OR1.93: 1.49), and female high triglyceride (TG) is more associated with diabetes OR2.49: 1.46). Conclusions Patients with type 2 diabetes have higher serum lipids than healthy people, should prevent hyperlipidemia and reduce the risk of disease. Abnormal blood lipids and diabetes, gender has a correlation.
