1995~1997年以5μg/mL为检测标准,对通州地区油菜菌核病进行了室内监测和田间试验,结果表明,油菜菌核病已在大范围内对多菌灵产生抗性,导致防效显著下降,其中抗性比例最高达100%,与1996年相比,1997年产生的抗性范围进一步扩大,抗性比例升高24.83个百分点,防效只有30.42%。本文将油菜菌核病对多菌灵的抗性标准划分为:低抗,EC50为1~10μg/mL;中抗,EC50为10~100μg/mL;高抗,EC50>100μg/mL;离体和活性抗性程度测定表明,其抗性菌株皆为高抗菌株,EC50>100μg/mL,MIC(最小抑制浓度)>1000μg/mL。对苯菌灵、噻菌灵、甲基硫菌灵表现为正交互抗性,对乙霉威表现为负交互抗性。
