本文从资金具有时间价值、具有成本、具有风险的三个特性引发出关于企业资金管理的一些思考。文中谈到资金管理的重点是资金的效益、效率和风险,并从实际工作经验出发,介绍了作者所在企业的资金管理实践——预算管理、集中管理和风险控制。最后就企业如何建立全面的资金价值观念及如何全面控制风险,提出思考建议。
This article from the capital has a time value, cost, risk with the three characteristics triggered some thoughts on the management of enterprise funds. The article states that the focus of fund management is the efficiency, efficiency and risk of funds.
