以我国东南沿海甬江流域为例 ,探讨了将地理信息系统应用于中小流域洪水预警和防洪减灾系统的途径和方法 .研究设计了中小流域防洪决策支持系统的结构 ,初步实现了流域水情自动监测、洪水预警、灾情评估和洪水调度等多种功能 .该系统有力的提高了中小流域防洪决策水平 ,并为中小流域防洪减灾决策支持系统的建立提供了经验和模式 .
Taking the Yongjiang River Basin in the southeast coast of our country as an example, the ways and methods of applying GIS to flood early warning and flood control and disaster reduction system in medium and small river basins are discussed, the structure of flood control and decision support system in small and medium-sized river basins is studied and designed, , Flood warning, disaster assessment and flood control, etc. The system effectively improves the decision-making level of flood control in small and medium-sized river basins and provides experiences and models for the establishment of flood control and disaster reduction decision support system in small and medium-sized river basins.
