取出吸血前后不同时间的雌蚊中肠,分别测定其蛋白含量、组分和蛋白酶活性。所有雌蚊吸血后中肠蛋白含量随时间增加,感染疟原虫的雌蚊中肠蛋白含量均高于同期正常雌蚊。中肠蛋白 SDS—PAGE 表明:斯氏按蚊羽化时和吸血后 d7正常蚊及感染蚊均为15条蛋白区带,吸血后 d10正常蚊为16条区带,感染蚊为14条区带。白纹伊蚊吸血后 d6和 d9正常蚊和感染蚊均为19条蛋白区带。感染雌蚊中肠蛋白酶活性均高于同期正常雌蚊。
The midgut of female mosquito at different time before and after taking blood was taken out, and the protein content, components and protease activity were measured respectively. The midgut protein content of all the female mosquitoes increased with the passage of time and the midgut protein content of the female mosquitoes infected with the parasite was higher than that of the normal female mosquitoes at the same period. The SDS-PAGE of midgut protein showed that there were 15 protein bands in normal mosquitoes and infected mosquitoes after mosquitoes of Anopheles stephensi and blood-sucking. There were 16 bands of d10 normal mosquito and 14 bands of mosquitoes after blood-sucking. Aedes albopictus after blood-sucking d6 and d9 normal mosquitoes and infected mosquitoes were 19 protein bands. Midgut protease activity in female mosquitoes was higher than that in normal female mosquitoes at the same period.
