目的 探讨自制穿刺床引流治疗肺底积液的可行性及临床意义。方法 使用穿刺床对 1 1例 1 2个肺底积液 ,2例包裹性胸腔积液病人 ,在 X光电视透视监测下穿刺引流 ,其中 2例肿瘤所致肺底积液病人于抽液后注入抗癌药治疗。结果 1 2个肺底积液的 1 6次穿刺引流均获一次性成功 ,抽液量在 80~ 1 550 ml之间。胸膜腔内注药的 2例患者 ,胸腔积液亦得到满意控制。结论 自制穿刺床适用于流动型肺底积液、其它游离性胸腔积液及部分包裹性积液的引流治疗 ,并具有操作简单、安全、成功率高等优点。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical significance of self-made puncture drainage for pulmonary effusion. Methods One hundred and twenty-two cases of pulmonary effusion and two cases of encapsulated pleural effusion were punctured and punctured under the X-ray fluoroscopy. Results All of the 16 lung punctures were successful in one-time puncture drainage and the volume of fluid extraction was between 80 and 1 550 ml. Conclusion The self-made puncture bed is suitable for the treatment of fluid-type pulmonary emphysema, other free pleural effusion and partial encapsulated effusion, and has the advantages of simple operation, safety and high success rate.
