针对一些生产过程数学模型含有纯滞后这一实际问题,结合过程的状态空间模型能够反映系统内部规律的特点,对状态反馈预测控制理论进行了研究。给出了一种适合于纯滞后系统的状态反馈预测控制算法。并利用实际生产过程的数学模型进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,给出的算法比状态扩展法计算速度提高2倍以上。
In view of the fact that some mathematical models of manufacturing process contain pure hysteresis and the state space model of the process can reflect the characteristics of the internal regularity of the system, the state feedback predictive control theory is studied. A state feedback predictive control algorithm suitable for purely lagged systems is given. And the actual production process using the mathematical model of a simulation study. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is more than twice as fast as the state-extension method.
