为了对活塞用铝硅合金的热疲劳性能进行研究,设计安装了两套热疲劳试验装置。使用表明,这种热疲劳试验机使用方便,试验结果可靠,可以作为研究有色合金热疲劳性能的有效手段。
In order to study the thermal fatigue performance of aluminum-silicon alloy for piston, two sets of thermal fatigue test equipment were designed and installed. The use shows that the thermal fatigue testing machine is easy to use and the test results are reliable, which can be used as an effective method to study the thermal fatigue properties of non-ferrous alloys.
