利用音叉振子的谐振频率受力后产生变化的性质,即通过膜片使压力作用于音叉振动式传感器,该压力将以频率的变化检测出来。用这种原理研制出了精度达到0.02%的Model2661型数字压力计和精度为0.05%的通用型(现场用)Model2655型数字压力计。
The use of tuning fork oscillator resonant frequency force after the change of nature, that is, through the diaphragm pressure on the tuning fork vibration sensor, the pressure will be detected as a change in frequency. Using this principle, Model2661 digital pressure gauge with 0.02% accuracy and Model2655 digital pressure gauge with 0.05% accuracy (field use) were developed.
