本文以自制渗透扩散池,用离体兔皮对分别含有透皮助渗剂氮酮(Azone)和皮脂酸酯(DS)的3%酮基布洛芬凝胶与不含透皮助渗剂的对照品凝胶进行透皮效应实验,12小时的平匀透过率(n=5)分别为48.32±10.42%、 48.38±11.38%和28.12±6.98%,证明Azone和DS对酮基布洛芬透皮均有显著的促进作用;本文同时进行了3%酮基布洛芬凝胶外用对由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳壳浮肿及由角叉菜胶引起的大鼠后足浮肿的抗炎作用实验,证明3%酮基布洛芬凝胶外用有显著的抗炎作用;而在透皮效应和抗炎作用实验中,含有DS的3%酮基布洛芬凝胶都显示出更好的效果。
