急性淋巴性白血病,伴有全身骨骼、关节严重破坏者,临床上较为少见。我科收治一例,报告如下。病例报告肖××,男,13岁,住院号2495100双下肢及胸骨疼痛4月,全身骨、关节疼痛十余天入院。患儿4月前开始大腿骨骼疼痛,行走困难,无红肿。十余日后,疼痛加剧并有胸骨疼痛,伴鼻衄,每次出血约20～30毫升。在当地做骨髓检查,诊断为“再生障碍性贫血”,经激素等治疗鼻衄停止。住院7～8天出现持续性面部浮肿。住院一月全身症状好转出院。出院后一月余症状复发,经当地医院再次骨髓检查报告
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia, with systemic bones, severely damaged joints, clinically rare. My department admitted a case, the report is as follows. Case report Xiao × ×, male, 13 years old, hospital number 2495100 double lower extremity and sternal pain in April, the whole body bone, joint pain more than 10 days admitted. Children with thoracic pain started 4 months ago, walking difficulties, no swelling. Ten days later, the pain intensified and sternal pain, with epistaxis, each bleeding about 20 to 30 ml. In the local bone marrow examination, diagnosed as “aplastic anemia”, such as the hormone treatment of epistaxis stop. 7 to 8 days hospitalized persistent facial edema. Hospitalized January systemic symptoms improved discharge. One month after discharge, the recurrence of symptoms was reported again by the local hospital for bone marrow examination
