要把全心全意依靠工人阶级真正落在实处,已不是原有意义上仅仅参与民主管理的范畴,它应该是参与管理企业事务的整个过程。它是相对于企业经营者和法规制度而言的,主要包括对企业的各项管理、决策、监督等实施参与。这种实施参与,不仅具有现实性,而且有其必然性,只有认识到国企职工参与管理企业事务的必然性,才能在实际工作中自觉地把握和重视“依靠”。国企职工参与管理企业事务是发展企业生产力的客观要求
To truly rely on the working class for its fulfillment in real terms is no longer merely a category of democratic management in the original sense. It should be the entire process of participating in the management of business affairs. It is relative to the business operators and regulatory system in terms of, including the management of enterprises, decision-making, supervision and implementation of participation.
