技工教育作为职业技术教育的重要组成部分,主要承担培养合格技术工人的任务。技工教育的好坏,直接影响着一个地区劳动者的整体素质。也影响着当地经济发展速度的快慢和“两个转变”的顺利实现。由此可见技工教育的重要性。技工教育如何适应市场需求,加快发展,是我们亟待解决的问题。一、要加快发展技工教育,必须确立以市场为导向的办学机制。技工教育不同于高等教育和中专教育,其培养对象并非技术设计人员和管理人才,而是生产一线的技术操作人员。其教育目标的特殊性决定了技工教育必须具有实用型、应用型的特征。但是由于受计划经济体制的影响,技工教育无论是专业设置、培训形式还是学校的办学方向,都与市场需求严重脱节,经常出现“学校教的不是
