随着社会的不断发展,小学班级管理在促进小学教育中发挥着越来越重要的作用。这就给小学班主任提出了更高的要求,应该采取有效措施,促进小学班级的管理。然而,通过分析可以看出,当前的小学班级管理中还存在着较多的问题,这些问题的存在很大程度上阻碍了小学班级管理工作的进行,应该采取强有力的措施加以解决。结合当前小学生之间存在的差异性现状,对小学班级管理的有效措施展开探究。
With the continuous development of society, primary school class management plays an increasingly important role in promoting primary education. This puts forward higher requirements for the teachers of primary schools and should take effective measures to promote the management of primary classes. However, it can be seen from the analysis that there are still many problems in the current class management of primary schools. These problems have greatly hindered the progress of class management in primary schools and should be resolved with strong measures. Combined with the current situation of the differences among primary school students, this paper explores the effective measures of class management in primary schools.
