目的:分析肾虚型习惯性流产患者治疗中应用中西医结合疗法的实际价值。方法:选取广州市萝岗区中医医院2012年7月至2014年8月收治的80例肾虚型习惯性流产患者进行分组研究,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组,各40例,对照组使用黄体酮注射液进行西医常规治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组加服中药养胎汤,对比两组患者治疗有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗有效率为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾虚型习惯性流产的治疗中,中西医结合疗法能够有效地提高治疗有效率。
Objective: To analyze the actual value of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of habitual abortion patients with kidney deficiency. Methods: 80 cases of habitual abortion patients with kidney deficiency type treated in Luogang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangzhou City from July 2012 to August 2014 were divided into two groups according to the clinical random table method. Conclusion: In the treatment of habitual abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome, Integrative medicine can effectively improve the treatment efficiency.
