1案例资料1.1案例1牟某,男,43岁。2012年11月11日酒后与人发生肢体冲突,右肩部被他人用马扎打伤数下,伤后剧烈疼痛,当即胳膊不能抬起,随即入院。检查:右肩部肿胀明显,右肩关节前后压痛(+),右肩关节外展、前屈及外旋受限,后伸及内旋可,MR示冈上肌肌腱撕裂,断端挛缩,冈下肌肌腱大部分撕裂,右肱骨头、肩峰、锁骨远端骨挫伤。保守治疗56d后行右肩袖修补术,术中见右肩袖完全撕脱,术后6个半月MR示
