藏书建设是图书馆业务工作的基础,本文以渤海石油职业学院图书馆为例,就该院图书馆藏书建设中影响藏书建设的主要因素进行了分析,结合实际,有针对性地提出该院图书馆应根据具体情况、办学特色、发展方向、藏书理念、馆藏结构、人员素质及人才培养目标等方面合理地确定图书馆的藏书策略,加强图书馆藏书建设,更好地发挥图书馆为教育教学和科研服务的作用。
