剖宫产作为一种产科手术,在处理高危妊娠和解决难产、挽救孕产妇生命和围生儿生命时发挥了重要作用。以社会因素为主要因素的剖宫产率的不断升高,而且呈现居高不下之势,当剖宫产率升高到一定程度后,孕产妇病死率和围生儿病死率并未出现相应下降,而且有升高的趋势。所以正确认识剖宫产,合理控制剖宫产率,选择合理的分娩方式有重要的现实意义。
Cesarean section, as an obstetric procedure, plays an important role in handling high-risk pregnancies and in solving difficult births and saving pregnant and perinatal lives. Social factors as the main factor of cesarean section rate continues to rise, and showed high trend, when the cesarean section rate increased to a certain extent, the maternal mortality and perinatal mortality did not appear corresponding Decline, but there is an upward trend.
