近期,四川双流县关工委分4个小组,赴全县20多个镇(街道),对基层关工委的情况进行调查研究。通过近一个月的听(汇报)、看(现场)、问(情况)、查(记录)、考(职责),县关工委基本上掌握了基层关工委的现状,并总结了加强基层关工委组织建设的典型经验。趁领导班子换届之机,及时动员、吸收刚从领导岗位上退下来的年富力强的同志加入关工委,配好班子,从组织上建强一线。据不完全统计,去年全县有10多名刚从领
