目的：探索脑电图监护在小儿植物神经性癫痫中的应用价值。方法：采用江苏伟思公司ＶＥＥＧ－－１１６０型脑电监护仪在安静避光的屏蔽室内进行脑电监护。结果：小儿植物神经性癫痫的ＶＥＥＧ异常率在治疗前达１００％，显著高于其普通ＥＥＧ的异常率８２％；（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后其ＶＥＥＧ异常率降到４２％，仍高于ＥＥＧ的异常率３０％。结论：ＶＥＥＧ对提高小儿植物神经性癫痫的ＥＥＧ阳性率，指导临床治疗有价值
Objective: To explore the value of EEG monitoring in pediatric neurological epilepsy. Methods: VEEG - 1160 EEG monitor was used to monitor the EEG in a quiet and shielded room. Results: The abnormal rate of VEEG in pediatric neuropiletic epilepsy was 100% before treatment, which was significantly higher than that of normal EEG (82%) (P <0.01). After treatment, the abnormal rate of VEEG dropped to 42%, still higher than the abnormal rate of EEG 30%. Conclusion: VEEG can improve the EEG positive rate of pediatric neuropathic epilepsy and guide the clinical treatment.
