1985～1989年我们对本市城区、郊县671名健康人群按全国标化微量法进行了脊灰中和抗体水平调查。结果,671名健康人群脊灰中和抗体Ⅰ、Ⅱ,和Ⅲ型全阳者为76.45％;3型全阴者2～4岁为2.05％;6～8岁为9.46％,13～15岁为14.29％,25～39岁为16.44％。3个型别单型抗体阳性率分别为87.93％。85.54％和83.16％,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ型GMT分别为34.83,18.28和14.12;年龄组中,3个型别的6～8岁组为
From 1985 to 1989, we investigated the levels of neutralizing antibodies against polio in 671 healthy people in urban and suburban areas of our city according to the national standardized trace method. Results: 671 healthy people were 76.45% with type I, type II and type III holo-positivity, 2.05% with type 2 all-yin aged 2 to 4 and 9.46% with age ranging from 13 to 15 For 14.29%, 25-39 years old was 16.44%.
