以部分高职院校教师问卷调查的数据结果为依据,分析目前高职教师的科研素质问题。结果表明,高职教师科研兴趣整体上偏低,科研成果质量和档次不高,不少教师对科研方法掌握不够,处理科研问题的方式欠妥。因此,高职教师要增强科研意识,改进科研方法,加强学习培训,提升科研素质和水平。
Based on the data from questionnaires of some teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current problems in the quality of scientific research of higher vocational teachers. The results show that, as a whole, the interest in scientific research of higher vocational teachers is generally low, the quality and grade of scientific research are not high, many teachers have inadequate mastery of scientific research methods, and improper ways of handling scientific research problems. Therefore, higher vocational teachers should enhance the awareness of scientific research, improve scientific research methods, strengthen learning and training, and improve the quality and level of scientific research.
