在发动机曲轴的前端有两个键槽,它们的位置准确度要求比较高:“键槽中心对通过主轴颈及Ⅰ、Ⅳ连杆轴颈平面的偏差不得大于±0.075”。过去我厂都是用万能铣床以及老式曲轴键槽铣床加工,结果不仅劳动强度大、工效低,而且重要的是产品质量不稳定,特别是铣键槽是机加工的后几道工序,这对产品的产量影响也极大。因此,曲轴铣键槽一直是我厂生产“洞庭牌”汽车发动机以来的关键。我厂工人同志遵循毛主席关于“一切产品,不但求数量多,而且求质量好”的教导,积极地动脑筋,想办法,对原有设备进行了技术改造,设计制造出一台曲轴键槽双头铣床(见图1),解决了生产的关键问题。

Following the guidance of Chairman Mao on “all products, not only seeking quantity but also seeking good quality”, our factory worker comrades actively tried their best to find ways to reform the existing equipment and designed and manufactured a crankshaft keyway double Milling machine (see Figure 1), to solve the production of the key issues.
