上海市青浦区科技创业中心是国家高新技术创业服务中心。中心实施“政府引导、社会参与、市场化运作、企业化管理”的运作机制,依靠国家、市、区有关扶持政策和区政府提供的必要条件,营造科技成果孵化环境,促进科技成果转化,培育高新技术企业和科技企业家,促进全区高新技术成果的产业化。服务是青浦区科技创业中心的第一资源。中心为企业提供以下服务:一是为在孵企业提供专业服务。中心建立以“孵化企业为中心、过程为导向”的系统化管理体系,并通过 ISO9001质量管理体系
Shanghai Qingpu District Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center is a national high-tech entrepreneurship service center. The center implements the operating mechanism of “government guidance, social participation, market operation, and enterprise management ”, relying on the relevant national, municipal, and district support policies and the necessary conditions provided by the district government to create an incubating environment for scientific and technological achievements to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Foster high-tech enterprises and entrepreneurs of science and technology, and promote the industrialization of hi-tech achievements throughout the region. Service is the first resource of the Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center in Qingpu District. The center provides the following services for enterprises: First, it provides professional services for incubating enterprises. The center establishes a systematic management system based on “incubator-centered, process-oriented” and has passed ISO9001 quality management system.
