基于二冷区传热的基本原理和异型坯凝固传热特点,建立了异型坯凝固传热模型;通过现场测试铸坯表面温度和坯壳厚度对数学模型进行修正,得到了异型坯连铸过程中表面温度随时间变化的规律;同时,对原有二冷制度进行了评估,提出了合理的二冷改进措施。通过二冷工艺的优化,提高了二次冷却的均匀性,铸坯表面和内部质量大幅度提高。
Based on the basic principle of heat transfer in the second cooling zone and the solidification and heat transfer characteristics of the shaped billet, a solidification heat transfer model of the billet was established. The mathematical model of the billet continuous casting was modified by field testing the surface temperature of the billet and the thickness of the billet. In the meantime, the original second cooling system was evaluated, and a reasonable second cooling improvement measure was put forward. Through the optimization of secondary cooling process, the uniformity of secondary cooling is improved, and the surface and internal quality of slab are greatly improved.
