目的:观察颅痫宁对癫痫大鼠模型的海马内Glu和GABA的影响。方法:将64只健康SD大鼠随机选取8只做空白对照组、余下动物进行造模,成功后随机分为模型组、西药组(丙戊酸钠组)、颅痫宁高剂量组(2倍常规剂量)、常规剂量组及低剂量组(0.5倍常规剂量)。通过免疫组化法检测海马神经递质Glu和GABA的表达情况。结果:与模型组相比,西药组(丙戊酸钠组)、颅痫宁高剂量组(2倍常规剂量)、常规剂量组及低剂量组(0.5倍常规剂量)均能降低癫痫模型大鼠海马中Glu的含量,增加GABA的含量。结论:颅痫宁能降低癫痫大鼠海马中Glu的含量,增加GABA的含量。
Objective: To observe the effect of craniocerebrning on Glu and GABA in hippocampus of epileptic rat model. Methods: Eighty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into control group and control group. The remaining animals were randomly divided into model group, Western medicine group (sodium valproate group), CortexSpine high dose group (2) Times the conventional dose), conventional dose group and low dose group (0.5 times the conventional dose). The expression of neurotransmitter Glu and GABA in the hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with the model group, Western medicine group (sodium valproate group), Cortex epinephrine high dose group (2 times the conventional dose), conventional dose group and low dose group (0.5 times the conventional dose) can reduce the epilepsy model Glu content in rat hippocampus increased GABA content. Conclusion: Cortex Xian Ning can reduce the content of Glu in hippocampus and increase the content of GABA in epileptic rats.
