对同位素仪表在厚度测量中所遇到的计算与标定问题做了理论与实际应用方面的探讨。采用本文提出的相对测量计算方法,有效地排除了各种干扰因素对测量结果的影响,测量精度由4.9%提高到3.8%。
The calculation and calibration problems encountered in the measurement of isotope meters are discussed theoretically and practically. By using the relative measurement calculation method proposed in this paper, the influence of various interference factors on the measurement results is effectively eliminated, and the measurement accuracy is improved from 4.9% to 3.8%.
