目的对华北岩黄芪Hedysarumgmelinii的化学成分进行研究。方法用色谱法分离,并用各种波谱法对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果从华北岩黄芪的根部分离鉴定了8个化合物,其结构分别为:圆果皂苷元(1)、黄豆醇B(2)、羽扇豆醇(3)、香豆雌酚(4)、3羟基9甲氧基紫檀烷(5)、β谷甾醇(6)、软脂酸(7)和α软脂酸甘油酯(8)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中获得,其中化合物1-4,8为首次从本属植物中获得,本文对圆果皂苷元的1H、13CNMR谱首次进行了报道。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hedysarum gmelinii in North China. Methods Chromatography was used to separate the compounds and their structures were identified by various spectroscopic methods. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the roots of Astragalus membranaceus in North China. Their structures were as follows: saponin (1), daidzein B (2), lupeol (3), coumestrol (4), 3 Hydroxy 9-methoxy-pyridene (5), beta-sitosterol (6), palmitic acid (7) and alpha palmitate (8). Conclusion The above compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 1-4 and 8 were obtained from this plant for the first time. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of saponin were reported for the first time.
