目的:了解湖南省衡阳市某职业院校学生人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染相关知识的知信行现状,分析影响因素,研究干预方法,探讨有效可行的健康教育途径。方法:随机抽取衡阳市某职业院校学生900名进行问卷调查;将890份有效问卷数据录入Excel并导入SPSS18.0软件,统计分析职业院校学生HPV感染相关知识和态度现状及其影响因素。随机选取8个班学生分为对照组和干预组,评价干预效果。结果:在890名职业院校学生中,HPV感染知信行总均分为82.82±10.39,有154名(17.30%)听说过HPV;年龄组越大,职业院校学生HPV感染行为得分越低(P<0.05),女生的知识、态度得分均明显高于男生(P<0.05),家住城市的职业院校学生在行为得分上明显低于家住农村学生(P<0.05);不同性行为史组知信行总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组与对照组的知信行总分和各维度得分比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:职业院校学生的HPV感染知信行总得分处于中等水平,影响因素为年龄、性别、家庭居住地、性行为史等;以学校课堂讲授进行健康教育能有效提高职业院校学生HPV感染知信行水平,改善他们对HPV感染的态度。
Objective: To understand the status quo of knowledge and practice of HPV infection in a vocational school in Hengyang, Hunan Province, analyze the influencing factors, study the intervention methods and explore effective and feasible ways of health education. Methods: A total of 900 students from a vocational school in Hengyang City were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. 890 valid questionnaire data were entered into Excel and imported into SPSS18.0 software. The status quo and influencing factors of knowledge and attitudes about HPV infection in vocational college students were statistically analyzed. Eight randomly selected students were divided into control group and intervention group to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results: Among 890 vocational college students, the average score of knowledge, knowledge and practice of HPV infection was 82.82 ± 10.39 and 154 (17.30%) had heard of HPV. The older the age group, the lower the score of HPV infection in vocational college students (P0.05) .Students with knowledge and attitude scores were significantly higher than those of boys (P0.05). Students in vocational schools living in cities were significantly lower than those living in rural areas (P0.05) There were significant differences in the total score of the group (P <0.05). After the intervention, there were significant differences between the intervention group and the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The total score of knowledge, knowledge and practice of HPV infection in vocational college students is in the middle level, and the influencing factors are age, gender, family residence, history of sexual behavior, etc. The health education can effectively improve the knowledge of HPV in vocational college students Credit standing to improve their attitude towards HPV infection.
