刘建国,男,汉族,1964年7月出生,河南省太康县人。1982年参加工作,1988年郑州大学法律系本科毕业,1999年吉林大学刑法专业硕士研究生进修班结业,1997年5月任河南省检察院审查起诉处副处长,2002年12月任处长,检委会委员,2006年12月任信阳市检察院党组书记、副检察长,2007年3月任信阳市检察院党组书记、检察长。近年来,在国家级刊物先后发表论文11篇,主编出版了《实用刑法释义》(中国检察出版社出版)、《诉讼文书实用手册》(中国警官教育出版社出版),合著出版了《强奸妇女罪》(中国检察出版社出版)。兼任《刑事司法指南》编辑委员会通讯编委。
Liu Jianguo, male, Han nationality, born in July 1964, Taikang County, Henan Province.
