我院于1988年1月至1991年11月采用酚妥拉明快速静脉注射抢救急性左心衰竭38例。其中男31例,女7例。年龄23～66岁,平均年龄49岁。本文38例急性左心衰竭中尿毒症晚期6例、风心病11例、冠心病9例、高血压病4例、心肌炎2例、心肌病3例、其它3例。全部病例都采用酚妥拉明快速静推。我们在诊断明确、严格掌握指征情况下,使用酚妥拉明5mg稀释到5ml在1～2分钟内静脉注射完,随后以
Our hospital in January 1988 to November 1991 with phentolamine rapid intravenous rescue of acute left heart failure in 38 cases. There were 31 males and 7 females. Age 23 to 66 years old, average age 49 years old. In this paper, 38 cases of acute left heart failure in the late uremia in 6 cases, 11 cases of rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease in 9 cases, 4 cases of hypertension, myocarditis in 2 cases, 3 cases of cardiomyopathy, the other 3 cases.
