本文根据经济学相关理论,结合实际情况,对我国愈来愈严峻的乡镇财政困难问题进行了理论探讨,深入分析了乡镇财政困难的成因,笔者以从事基层财经工作多年的经验,在分析现有政策文献基础上提出了缓解乡镇财政困难的思路。
Based on the theory of economics, combined with the actual situation, the author makes a theoretical study on the increasingly serious financial difficulties of townships in our country. The author analyzes the causes of the financial difficulties in townships. Based on many years’ experience in basic finance and economics, Based on the policy documents, some suggestions on alleviating the financial difficulties of townships are put forward.
