调节托辊的偏置角是对带式输送机输送带调偏的一个常见方法,介绍了2种不停机调节托辊斜置角的方法。1使用轴端加长的托辊;该托辊一端的伸出轴被加长,安装在托辊架上后,托辊支撑座的外侧伸出一段较长的轴段。可徒手或借用工具将托辊外端抬起,并移至其他卡槽内;2采用可调托辊偏置角的托辊架,该托辊架外端设有可通过螺杆调节位置的滑块卡座,托辊轴的外端头卡装在滑块卡座上。通过转动螺杆调节滑块卡座位置,实现托辊偏置角的调节。这2种方法在山西凌志达煤业有限公司的多部带式输送机上得以应用,调整托辊偏置角时高效、安全,调偏效果良好。
