抓住学生学习语言的最佳时期,开设说话课,对学生进行系统的口语训练,是提高学生口语表达能力的有效措施。自一九八五年秋,上海等地区将低年级说话课列入课时计划后,“重目治,无视口耳之事,”听说读写能力发展不协调的现象,得到了根本性的改变。系统口语训练的优越性正在逐年显示出来。但是,由于说话教学还处在起步阶段,人们的认识和实践中的不足也在逐渐暴露出来,而且有些已经到了非解决不可的地步。为了进一步搞好口语训练,为其发展扫除障碍,笔者想对出现的问题作一些分析,谈一点看法。问题之一;对说话训练目的认识模糊为什么要开设说话课,说话训练的最终目的到底是什么?我们在听课时常听到老师这么说:“小朋友,学好语文最难的就是写作文,如果我们现在把话说好了,写下来就是作文,那时候作文就不难了。”把说话训练仅看成为书面作文作准备,这种认识目前相当普遍,具体表现在两个方面。其一,
