为了能够更好地适应社会工作对于公共服务的高要求,我国政府开始积极的转变政府职能,利用政府购买服务的方式,将过去由政府所提供的公共服务交给具有更高效率的社会组织来承担。在文中就政府购买服务和社会组织发展的互动关系进行深入的分析。以期能够更好地推动政府职能的转变。
