目的观察穴位注射治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法对62例皮肤瘙痒症患者应用VB1、VB12注射液穴位注射治疗,并与用西药治疗34例进行临床疗效对比。结果穴位组治愈17例,显效33例,有效9例,总有效率95.2%;西药组治愈8例,显效13例,有效7例,总有效率82.4%。经统计学处理,X2=4.2,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论VB1、VB12注射液穴位注射治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症有确切疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection on skin pruritus. Methods Sixty-two patients with pruritus were treated with VB1 and VB12 injection and compared with 34 cases treated with western medicine. Results The acupoint group cured 17 cases, 33 cases markedly effective, 9 cases effective, the total effective rate was 95.2%. The western medicine group cured 8 cases, markedly effective in 13 cases, effective in 7 cases, the total effective rate was 82.4%. After statistical analysis, X2 = 4.2, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion VB1, VB12 injection of acupoint injection in the treatment of senile pruritus has the exact effect.
