046 计算机体层成像术 计算机体层成像术(Computed Tomography,CT)即计算机断层成像术,是综合计算机,电视和X线检查技术的一种影像检查。CT利用X线管环绕某一体层扫描测得的各点吸收不同强度的X线数据,通过电子计算机的高速运算及图像重建原理,显示出横断面或冠状面的图像,代表一定厚度的重建图,它有很敏感的分辨力,它分为非增强检查(普通CT扫描)及增强检查,后者经静脉给予水溶性碘造影剂使病变组织的X线吸收率增高,与邻近正常脑组织间的灰阶差别增大,因而提高病变显出率的方法,称为造影增强检查。
