目的 评估CDC和UV诱蚊灯夜间人房三带喙库蚊捕捉效果。方法 根据拉丁方设计方案 ,把诱蚊灯置于寝室和客厅 ,每晚轮流置灯。结果 共捕获库蚊属蚊虫 6种 62 4只。其中三带喙库蚊属于最常见的蚊种 (4 19只 ) ;CDC和UV灯捕捉蚊虫效果差异无显著性 ,但当地降雨量与CDC捕捉效果存在较强的正相关关系 ,而与UV灯捕蚊效果呈弱的负相关。结论 无论是CDC诱蚊灯还是UV诱蚊灯都可以作为云南省三带喙库蚊种群密度监测的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the catching effect of Culex tritaeniorhynchus on CDC and UV mosquito lamp at night. Methods According to Latin Square design, the mosquito lamp placed in the bedroom and living room, turn lights every night. Results A total of 62 4 Culex mosquitoes were caught. Among them, Culex tritaeniorhynchus belonged to the most common mosquito species (4 19). There was no significant difference between CDC and UV lamp in capturing mosquitoes, but there was a strong positive correlation between rainfall and CDC capture effect. However, The mosquito effect is weak negative correlation. Conclusion Both CDC or UV mosquito lamp can be used as an effective method to monitor population density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Yunnan Province.
