本院在人工流产术中采用2%利多卡因于宫颈旁3～10点注入,行人流钳刮术,效果较好,报告如下.1.资料和方法 1994～1995年门诊中要求终止妊娠者544例,17～30岁占92.6%、31～40岁占7.3%.方法:术前尿妊娠试验阳性,血常规检查正常.排空膀胱,取截石位,常规消毒,宫颈旁3～10点分别注入2%利多卡因2.5毫升,2分钟内行钳刮人工流术.由于注入利多卡因,宫颈扩张,7～8号扩宫条通畅无阻,术中宫
