硝普钠是临床常用的一种直接作用于血管平滑肌的强效、速效的血管扩张剂。用于心力衰竭治疗时开始宜缓慢,平均以10滴/min为宜。患者对硝普钠的耐受性个体差异大,临床上根据患者的血压的具体情况调整用量,滴入前常规测量血压1次,以此作为观察血压,调节药液滴注速度的基本参数。
