气管镜洗消的规范化管理,是使气管镜消毒灭菌达到有效性和安全性的保证,实现患者安全,医护安全,内镜安全,环境安全。由于气管镜的材质特殊,结构复杂,精密度高,不宜高温消毒,给清洗消毒带来相当大的难度。本文结合卫生部相关管理规定,对气管镜清洗消毒的材料和方法作了全面综述,有较强的实用性。
The standardized management of bronchoscope decontamination is to guarantee the effectiveness and safety of bronchoscopy sterilization and achieve patient safety, medical safety, endoscopic safety and environmental safety. Because of the special material of the bronchoscope, the structure is complex and the precision is high, it is not suitable for high-temperature sterilization, which brings considerable difficulty to cleaning and disinfection. In this paper, the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Health management, the bronchoscope cleaning and disinfection of materials and methods made a comprehensive review, a strong practicality.
