平坦度是描述带钢板形质量的主要参数之一,平坦度在线测量对于板形控制至关重要。研究了一种新型的基于数字投影和条纹边缘检测技术的平坦度测量系统,阐述了该系统的测量原理、硬件构成及系统软件,软件包括图像处理、坐标变换及平坦度计算等。该测量方法属于三维全场式测量方法,能克服带钢垂直运动给测量带来的不利影响,与目前广泛应用的传统测量方法相比,抗干扰能力强,测量结果更准确,且成本较低。
Flatness is one of the main parameters to describe the quality of strip flatness. On-line flatness measurement is crucial for flatness control. A novel flatness measurement system based on digital projection and fringe detection is studied. The measurement principle, hardware structure and system software of the system are described. The software includes image processing, coordinate transformation and flatness calculation. The measurement method belongs to the three-dimensional full-field measurement method, and can overcome the adverse influence brought by the vertical movement of the strip to the measurement. Compared with the widely used traditional measurement methods, the measurement method has better anti-interference ability, more accurate measurement result and lower cost .
