目的:评估《临安市结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》实施情况,总结经验,分析存在的问题,为制定《临安市结核病防治规划(2011-2015年)》提供依据。方法:按卫生部《全国结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》终期评估方案、《浙江省结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》终期评估方案,以自评为主,结合上级单位抽查及现场调研对评估结果进行复查。结果:临安市现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)覆盖率达到100%;发现涂阳肺结核病人1 317人,任务完成率109.8%;肺结核、疑似肺结核转诊总到位率96.25%;肺结核督导治疗覆盖率100%,治愈率90.51%。结论:临安市由政府领导、多部门合作和全社会参与的预防控制结核病可持续发展的有效机制已建立,实现了《临安市结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》总体目标,但结防工作仍存在不少问题和困难亟待解决。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the implementation status of “Lin’an TB Prevention and Control Plan (2001-2010)”, summarize the experience, analyze the existing problems and provide the basis for formulating the “Lin’an TB Prevention and Control Plan (2011-2015)”. Methods: According to the final evaluation plan of “National Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Plan (2001-2010)” issued by the Ministry of Health, the final evaluation plan of “Zhejiang Province Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Plan (2001-2010)”, And field research to review the assessment results. Results: The coverage rate of modern TB control strategy (DOTS) in Lin’an City reached 100%. A total of 1 317 smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were found, with a task completion rate of 109.8%. Tuberculosis and suspected tuberculosis referral rate was 96.25%. Tuberculosis supervisory treatment coverage rate was 100 %, Cure rate 90.51%. Conclusion: An effective mechanism for prevention and control of TB sustainable development led by the government, multisectoral cooperation and the whole society has been set up in Lin’an City to achieve the overall goal of “Lin’an TB Prevention and Control Plan (2001-2010)”, but the prevention and containment work There are still many problems and difficulties to be solved.
