目的总结人性化服务在血液透析护理工作中的实践经验与体会,为其进一步推广使用提供理论依据。方法选取于2014年1月至2016年12月于我院透析室接受血液透析治疗的患者共120例,以2015年1月为时间分化点实施人性化服务,分析实施前后患者的血透治疗依从性及血透指标。结果(1)实施人性化服务后患者血液透析指标明显优化,实施前后血液透析指标比较差异均显著,P<0.05。(2)人性化服务实施前患者整体治疗依从度为70.8%,实施后患者整体依从度为87.5%,两者比较,差异显著,P<0.05。结论将人性化服务应用于患者的血液透析护理工作中有助于提高患者护理依从度,使患者护理服务主观体验及血透指标发生明显改变,提高患者血透治疗质量。
Objective To summarize the practical experience and experience of humanized service in hemodialysis nursing work and to provide a theoretical basis for its further promotion and use. METHODS: A total of 120 patients undergoing hemodialysis in our dialysis room from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. Humanized services were performed at the time point of differentiation in January 2015 to analyze the hemodialysis treatment compliance of patients before and after implementation Sexual and hemodialysis indicators. Results (1) The index of hemodialysis patients was significantly optimized after the implementation of humanized service, and the difference of hemodialysis index before and after the implementation was significant (P <0.05). (2) Before the implementation of humanized service, the overall treatment compliance of patients was 70.8%, and the overall compliance of patients was 87.5% after implementation. The difference between the two was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized services in the hemodialysis nursing work of patients helps to improve patient care compliance, make the subjective experience of patient care services and hemodialysis indicators significantly change, and improve the hemodialysis quality of patients.
