《涉外税务》编委扩大会议于1991年7月2日至4日在深圳市召开。会议主要研究了进一步提高刊物质量、扩大发行等问题。出席会议的有本刊主编刘志城,副主编邵明均、郭宏德,顾问王传纶、邓子基,编委刘磊、罗友德、莫天松、陈流明、范源新、唐腾翔、吴硕人。《中国税务》、《税务研究》编辑部和上海、扬州、泉州等市税务局也派员到会,共计二十余人,是顾问、编委到会人数最全的一次会议。国家税务局局长金鑫同志亲临会议看望大家,并就涉外税收工作面临的形势、任务和对《涉外税务》杂志的要求作了重
The “Tax Invasion of Foreign Affairs” Editorial Board Meeting was held in Shenzhen from July 2 to 4, 1991. The meeting mainly studied the issues of further improving the quality of publications and expanding the issuance. Among them were Liu Zhicheng, chief editor of the journal, Shao Mingjun, Guo Hongde, consultant Wang Chuanlun, Deng Ziji, editorial board Liu Lei, Luo Youde, Mo Tiansong, Chen Luming, Fan Yuanxin, Tang Tengxiang and Wu Shuoren. The taxation editorial departments of China Taxation and Taxation Research and the Inland Revenue Department of Shanghai, Yangzhou and Quanzhou also sent representatives to the meeting for a total of more than 20 people, making it one of the most informative conferences attended by consultants and editors.
